These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the Mujra app and website (the “Service”), owned and operated by Anil Balabhai Gohil, a sole proprietor based in India (“Mujra”, “we”, “us”). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

1. The Service

Mujra provides AI-powered characters you can chat with for friendly conversation, company and entertainment. The characters are fictional and powered by artificial intelligence; they are not real people and do not provide professional advice of any kind.

Mujra is a safe-for-work service intended for a general audience. It is not an adult, dating, escort, or sexually oriented service, and sexually explicit or pornographic content is not permitted on the Service.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service and to purchase a subscription. By using Mujra, you confirm that you are 18 or older and legally able to enter into these Terms.

3. Your account

You are responsible for the activity on your account and for keeping your login details secure. Please give accurate information when you register and keep it up to date. Notify us promptly of any unauthorised use.

4. Subscriptions & billing

• Mujra Premium costs ₹249 per month, inclusive of applicable taxes.
• Subscriptions renew automatically each month until cancelled. By subscribing, you authorise us and our payment partner (Razorpay) to charge your chosen payment method on each renewal.
• You may cancel at any time; access continues until the end of the current paid period. See our Refund & Cancellation Policy.
• Prices and features may change; we will give reasonable notice of any change before it affects you.

5. Acceptable use

When using Mujra, you agree not to:

• use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable law;
• request, generate, or share sexually explicit, pornographic, or otherwise adult content;
• attempt to produce any content that sexualises minors, or any illegal, hateful, harassing or harmful content;
• harass, abuse, impersonate, or infringe the rights of others;
• attempt to disrupt, reverse-engineer, scrape, or gain unauthorised access to the Service;
• resell, redistribute, or commercially exploit the Service without our written permission.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these Terms.

6. AI-generated content

Responses from characters are generated by AI and may be inaccurate, incomplete or unexpected. They are for entertainment and companionship only and are not a substitute for professional medical, legal, financial, or mental-health advice. If you are in distress or crisis, please contact a qualified professional or local emergency services.

7. Intellectual property

The Mujra name, logo, software, characters and content are owned by us or our licensors and are protected by law. We grant you a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive licence to use the Service for your own enjoyment. You retain ownership of the messages you write; you grant us the right to process them to operate and improve the Service as described in our Privacy Policy.

8. Third-party services

We rely on trusted third parties, including payment processing (Razorpay) and AI model providers, to deliver the Service. Your use may also be subject to their terms.

9. Disclaimers

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent permitted by law. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that content will always be appropriate or accurate.

10. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Mujra and its operator will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the three months before the claim.

11. Termination

You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms or if we discontinue the Service.

12. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will post the updated version here with a new “last updated” date and, where appropriate, notify you in the app.

13. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, and any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of India.
